These terms and conditions apply to the 2026 White Mountains Running and Hiking Retreat.

Trip Insurance

We highly advise the purchase of trip insurance to protect against cancellations or unexpected changes. The trip may be cancelled due to weather events beyond our control, such as flooding. Trip insurance can also cover health concerns, unforeseen delays, natural disasters, and more. Be sure to review available options and choose coverage that best suits your needs.

Deposits & Payments

50% due immediately to confirm spot, with remainder due by April 1.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund is available through March 1, 2026. 50% refunds through March 31, 2026. No refunds available after that, however we can offer a credit of 50% toward a future retreat within 2 years.

Trips Canceled or Changed by Northeast Trail Adventures

In rare instances, unforeseen circumstances may require us to cancel the retreat. If more than a month in advance, Northeast Trail Adventures responsibility is limited to refunding any registration fees that you have already paid. We are not responsible for any additional costs, such as airfare or lodging, that you may incur as a result of cancellations or changes.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations or changes due to weather, trail conditions, forest fires, floods, disease outbreaks, or other unforeseen events beyond our control. If we must cancel due to an unforeseen event less than a month before the retreat, we will issue a 50% refund of the full registration and the remainder will be a 25% credit toward a future retreat. This credit is valid for up to two years and can be applied to future trips or transferred to family or friends. Again, we strongly encourage Trip Cancellation Insurance if you are uncomfortable in any way with these policies.
